Convert between milligrams and units for your injection.
Insulin syringes measure in units, not milliliters. A standard 1 mL syringe holds 100 units. Each small line = 1 unit, every 10th line is labeled (10, 20, 30… 100).
Look for mg/mL on your vial label — it tells you how much medication is in each mL. Common values are 10 mg/mL and 20 mg/mL for Tirzepatide, and 2.5 mg/mL for Semaglutide. See the vial guide above for where to look.
Doses over 100 units are rare with Belle prescriptions. Double-check your medication, concentration, and dose. If you're still over 100, contact our member success team and we'll help you sort it out.
